Lotus Pond is a little water body Inside MLA Colony, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, India. The lake is encompassed by rich green verdure and a 1.2 kilometer way.
Lotus Pond is home to more than 20 types of winged animals. A couple of them are pied kingfisher, white wagtail, normal moorhen, little grebe, sunbirds, regular coot, and little egret.
The lake is kept up by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
The Lotus Pond was imagined to be an eco-preservation venture bringing characteristic components into the idea of the undertaking without exasperating the biological community and monitoring the normal rocks and lake.
The dispatch of the development of the venture was on 20 November 1999. The work was finished in late 2001.
