Durgam Cheruvu

Durgam Cheruvu is a freshwater lake situated in Rangareddy locale, Telangana, India. The lake, which is spread more than 83 sections of land (34 ha), is situated close to the city of Hyderabad. the lake is otherwise called Secret Lake since it is covered up between the areas ofJubilee Hills and Madhapur.

History
Under the tenet of the Qutb Shahi tradition (ca. 1518–1687), this lake served as the drinking water hotspot for the inhabitants of Golkonda fortress

Tourism
